Last updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clova2Mail Chrome extension ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Clova2Mail is a Chrome extension that integrates Naver CLOVA Note with Gmail. It allows you to compose and send Gmail emails using transcription results from CLOVA Note. Sending an email always requires your explicit action.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of emails you send through the Service and for complying with applicable laws, Gmail's terms, and Naver's terms when using the Service. You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.

3. Privacy

Our handling of your data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with Google (Gmail API) and Naver CLOVA Note. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
